As a kid I dreamt of being a left winger for Liverpool, but as my football career never progressed beyond playing for Sunday pub outfit Whimple FC in the UK, these days I dream up ideas.
Since graduating from The Surry Institute of Art with a degree in Graphic Design, I’ve worked at some of the world’s best ad agencies in the US and Australia and teamed up with lots of talented people to create things that I’m really proud of.
Currently I’m a Creative Director in Sydney working on projects for clients and agencies. Previously I was at R/GA New York, Crispin Porter and Bogusky in Colorado and was part of two agency start-ups in Sydney; Droga5 and 72andSunny.
I love big ideas that get real people talking, ideas that can work in any media channel and over the last ten years I’ve helped create ‘Make Dinnertime Matter’ for MasterFoods, the Dolmio Pepper Hacker, Whiskas ‘Catstacam’, Virgin Mobile ‘Right Music Wrongs’, V Australia ‘4320 LA’ and most recently co-createed the Hungry Jack’s ‘Keep It Real’ positioning.
I’ve helped win new business, agency of the year titles, taught at Miami Ad School and if awards are important my work has won at D&AD, Cannes, One Show, Webbys, Spikes, Clios, Adfest, LIA, New York Festivals, Effies, Facebook Awards, ADMA, YoungGuns and AWARD (Australian Writers & Art Directors).
Hope you like my stuff.
